Sadie moved from her home town in North Dakota to the Twin Cities and graduated from the University of St. Thomas. She began her career in the health care/social service industry. She and her husband desired a change of scenery and moved to Scottsdale, AZ where she decided to try a new line of work and worked with a floral design company. During that time, she was exposed to high-end floral design while working with a very exciting clientele on personal events, weddings, galas and other social events. She and her husband then moved to Iowa while her husband completed his medical degree. During his last year of medical school, Sadie decided once again to return to the floral design industry and completed a degree in floral design.

Sadie's Couture Floral & Event Styling made its beginning in November 2007 and within the first year of business, it grew quickly. Four other designers joined the team bringing with them a variety of talents and experiences which only enhances what our company can offer to clients. Over 70 events were completed in the first year and 90 in the second year.

Sadie is extremely passionate about making each event she is involved in unique for the client. She values the importance of customer service and holds her designers to the highest standards of delivering personal care and attention to all the events we are part of. In addition, Sadie believes strongly in giving back to the community. As a result, Sadie's Couture Floral & Event Styling donates 10% of each year's revenue back to local non-profits within the Twin Citites.
