Jenny & Mitch // Nicollet Island Pavilion

It's been a little while since we've blogged a wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion, so when we got our hand on Jenny and Mitch's special day, we had to share! Burgundy floral with sage greenery matched perfectly with the changing October leaves, and the bouquets were an absolute dream! Can you go wrong with burgundy dahlias. scabiosa, and hanging amaranthus? Don't think so. ;)

Rachelle & Pete // Bloom Lake Barn

Time flies when you're having fun, right? Rachelle and Pete's wedding from last fall feels like it just happened yesterday, but maybe that's because the flowers never left our mind. Deep burgundies and blushes perfectly paired with the beautiful space Bloom Lake Barn provides, and it was everything we love in a rustic-chic design. Planned by Lasting Impressions Weddings and shot by Kelly Birch, it's no wonder it was published in Dainty Obsessions Magazine! AND to top it off, Northern Lights Video brought it all to life in a short video that not only shows the nuances in our floral, but the pure love that took place that day. Feeling so lucky that our work can be recorded by so many talented people, and that we can simply relive the joy of the day 6 months later.

Melissa & Peter // Solar Arts Building

Nothing like blush blooms to make it feel like spring.

If you've been in Minnesota and looked out your window recently, it looks a lot more like February than April with the amount of snow we have. Funny enough, this February wedding looks like how we all want Spring to look right now! Shot by the fabulous Tiffany Kokal at the Solar Arts Building, this wedding is a breath of fresh air on a cold April day.

Krista & Cole // The Depot

Is it cheesy to say romance was in the air at Krista and Cole's wedding, because their day was nothing short of amazing. The historic Depot in downtown Minneapolis was the perfect backdrop for their timeless and romantic look, where the wedding and reception took place. Blush blooms and dark greenery complimented the gold hard goods, and Janelle Elise Photography captured every moment beautifully. Can we really ask for more?

Ashley & Andrew // Madden's Resort

Living for these burgundy tones that perfectly match the Autumn leaves. It's easy to long for Spring and Summer when the weather starts to warm up, but we just had to relive this northern Minnesota dream wedding. From greenery chandeliers with dripping amaranthus to burgundy dahlias, Ashley and Andrew's wedding couldn't be cozier.

Andria & Andrew // Lowertown Event Center

How to achieve a whimsical and romantic vibe? Moss. Lots of lush moss.

So much love for Andria and Andrew's wedding at Lowertown Event Center. The space was transformed with deep red floral and dark navy candles, which popped against the gold mercury hard goods. The real show stopper though? Definitely the moss. Who knew it could bring so much whimsy and life to a venue.

What words can't explain, Brandon Werth's photos capture perfectly. Love that we get to add this wedding to our list of 2017 showstoppers.

Daiva & Bill // Private Residence

If there's one word to describe Daiva and Bill's special day, it is definitely WOW.  Located at their beautiful home, this wedding was the perfect combination of timeless style and contemporary jewel tones. Orchids lined every corner, and it is really what floral dreams are made of. We could go on and on about these show-stopping arrangements, but we'll let Robert Evans images speak for us.

Jane & Keric - Minikahda Club

A little over a year ago, we had the absolute pleasure to design floral for Jane of See Jane Plan's wedding. We were no stranger to working with Jane as a planner, but this time she got to be the bride with a vision. Loving neutrals with texture, we incorporated numerous white flowers with winter greens to accent the wallpaper, which created a timeless yet unique look. To say their day was magazine worthy wouldn't be an understatement, as it was shot by Liz Banfield and published to Flower Magazine and MSP Magazine! I think we all can agree that Jane knocked their special day out of the park, and we are feeling all kinds of grateful that we could share it with them.

Ashley & Jake // Aria

Anemones, scabiosa, dahlias, oh my!

Is there anything better than muted creams with contrasting burgundy floral? How about a greenery install that cascades TWO stories! We had so much fun designing this wedding, making sure to include some of the prettiest flowers we could think of.

Aria was the perfect backdrop to contrast the soft and organic design. I mean, that greenery looks like it's about to take roots against the brick walls. The gold lanterns and hard goods pulled the aesthetic together, and shot by Cadence and Eli Photography, this day was nothing short of beautiful.

Brenna & Justin // Backyard Wedding

With the chilly winters in Minnesota, it's easy to forget about the beauty of backyard weddings as we are scraping ice off our cars. That being said, it was such a pleasure to look back at one of our favorite weddings of 2017. Cream florals anchored with deep burgundy tones worked perfectly in the intimate setting, and have you ever seen a floral arch that beautiful?! Working with Geneoh Photography and Sarah at Lasting Impressions Weddings is always a joy, so this was definitely a day we fondly reflected on.
